TAI CHI CLASS LOCATIONS, DAYS AND TIMES

£8.00 - 90 minute standard class. Features Chi Kung, Tai Chi Forms, Meditation and more.

What to expect  1- Class starts with a gentle warm up, nothing too strenuous, just to loosen the joints. 2- This is followed by the Chi Kung portion of the class. 3- There is then a short non-religious guided meditation usually about 5-10 min. 4- A short break. Have a quick drink or chat. 5- The remainder of the lesson is Tai Chi empty hand and /or weapons form depending on what students are studying at the time. Note; the class does vary from this basic format, especially if we are covering specialised training, but this gives you a rough idea of what to expect.

Gentle Movement - Elegance and Poise
A focus on self care, and inner grace. 

Chi Kung (Breath Work): Standing exercises for women of all ages focusing on correct posture, flexibility, and breathing. Nei Gong (Energy Work): Standing Postures with emphasis on the female energy body through visualisation, focus, and presence. Willow Waist Exercise: Designed to narrow the waist and forearms, straighten the spine, and improve flexibility. A joy to perform, these graceful movements with accompanying visualisations lift the heart whilst working every part of the body. Whilst practicing these exercises specific attention is given to; Female health issues including - breast care, and pelvic health. Emotional wellbeing including - joy, and self-compassion. This class is a rare treat which will help you relax, increase your focus, and boost confidence in your feminine power. Classes are friendly whilst offering a safe space, both accepting, and supportive.
